PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your personal data is, of course, of utmost importance to us.

KSK Bau GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") assures to protect your personal data in accordance with the relevant data protection laws (Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) and professional codes.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

No personal data or information that could lead to the identification of the visitor (male/female/intersex/transgender) is collected or processed by the Company during the visit to the website.

It is not necessary for the use of the Company's website to provide the Company with personal data. To achieve the most extensive protection of your data, the Company's web presence

  • does not use contact forms (see, however, the notes on contacting by email)

  • does not offer newsletter subscriptions

  • does not use social media plugins (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Thus, no personal data from visitors to the Company's web presence are automatically collected or used. In addition, the Company uses "masked IP addresses," meaning that the IP addresses of visitors to this website and the log files created are only recorded by the Company's provider (currently Framer B.V.) in an incomplete and thus anonymized form, so that identification by the Company is excluded in any case.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

The Company only transfers collected and processed personal data to third parties with the prior explicit consent of the affected person (male/female/intersex/transgender), unless such transfer is enforced by a third party through legal action. Transfer of data to third countries is not planned.

These transmitted data/information/emails are stored on a server or local PC owned by the Company's provider (currently WIX.COM) using an email program and the company software used (to document communication and answer questions more quickly) and utilized (to be able to process your concerns).

If we receive an email from you, we assume that we may reply via email. If this is not the case, you must clearly indicate a different form of communication – at the beginning of contact or at any other later point in time. Emails are only protected with additional encryption standards if explicitly requested by the customer.

If you have provided your email address, there is also the possibility that the Company sends you general legal information ("newsletter") via this communication channel. You can object to the sending or receipt of information or newsletters at any time without giving reasons; an email to the Company is sufficient.

Otherwise, the collection and processing of your data, as far as you have transmitted them to us, only occur for the purposes for which you have communicated the data to us. Use of these data for other purposes requires the prior consent of the customer in any case. These data are protected by the Company through economically proportionate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect the data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and/or deletion.
